Markku Ravaska
Owner

Rooted in a strong Finnish heritage, Markku brings a deep respect for craftsmanship, resilience, and simplicity to every project. With an extensive background as a framing carpenter, he has mastered the structural backbone of homes — ensuring that every build starts with precision, strength, and attention to detail.
Today, Markku's work as a general contractor is driven by a passion for high-performance building. He's committed to creating homes that are not only beautifully built, but also energy-efficient, durable, and healthy for the people who live in them. From advanced building techniques to thoughtful material choices, Markku is focused on delivering homes that stand the test of time while reducing environmental impact.
Outside of work, Markku enjoys staying active and connected to the outdoors. He enjoys spending time with his family, road biking with his wife, camping, or spending time on the lake. And true to his Finnish roots, Markku takes pride in his wood-fired sauna — a place to relax, recharge, and appreciate the simple, well-built things in life.
David Bohnsack

With over 30 years of experience in high-end custom home building, David brings a comprehensive, hands-on understanding of every phase of the construction process. His background spans carpentry, estimating, project management, field supervision, and leadership as a Director of Construction — giving David a well-rounded perspective that ensures each project is executed with precision and care.
The fine details and the teamwork behind every successful build are what David values most. He works closely with clients and the entire project team to stay engaged throughout the process, with a focus on quality and getting every detail right.
David's passion lies in delivering homes that reflect exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and lasting value. Being asked to return for future projects or additional phases is one of the most rewarding parts of what he does, and a reflection of the trust built throughout the process.
Outside of work, David values time with family and being outdoors. Whether it's woodworking or enjoying time outside, he has a deep appreciation for building — both professionally and personally — and the lasting impact of creating something with care and purpose.
